The administration of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) have decided to introduce digital tickets for spectators during the upcoming 11th edition of the tournament, which is scheduled to begin on March 26.
Sources said on Friday that specific enclosures at stadiums will be allocated for digital ticket holders. The digital ticket option will be available for matches in Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi.
For VIP and premium enclosures, the option of digital tickets will remain available, sources added. Ticket holders will be able to enter the ground by showing their online tickets.
Sources further said that the Pakistan Cricket Board has also decided to keep ticket prices low during PSL 11.
Ticket prices for league matches of PSL 11 will range from Rs300 to Rs3,000.
