Former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram has parted ways with PSL franchise Sialkot Stallionz ahead of the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League.
A spokesperson for Akram said no written agreement had been signed with the Stallionz.
The franchise had announced a week earlier that Akram would serve as its president for the forthcoming edition of the domestic marquee tournament.

Earlier, Peshawar Zalmi have appointed Ottis Gibson as head coach for HBL Pakistan Super League Season 11.
Peshawar Zalmi Chairman Javed Afridi said Gibson’s experience would prove important for the team. Ottis Gibson has previously served as head coach of the West Indies and South Africa national teams.
