An Islamabad Accountability Court Friday ordered authorities to return confiscated property and assets of former premier Nawaz Sharif, in Toshakhana NAB reference.
The accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir withdrew the property confiscation order that was announced after Nawaz Sharif was a Proclaimed Offender (PO) in October 2020.
Nawaz Sharif's property and vehicles should be returned and bank accounts should be restored.
“Over 1650 kanals of agricultural land and valuable vehicles were confiscated in Lahore of Nawaz Sharif,” the court ordered.
