Relief operations for flood-affected communities are ongoing across Punjab, Secretary Agriculture Punjab Iftikhar Ali Sahoo said Monday.
He said the Agriculture Department staff is present round-the-clock at 344 relief centers established across the province. A total of 264 department officers are taking part in flood relief operations, while 201 interns are also actively engaged in relief activities.
Sahoo added that 205 trolleys of green fodder have so far been provided for the livestock of flood-affected families.
