Gold prices in Pakistan continued to decline for the fifth consecutive day, with the cost of one tola falling by Rs1,000 to Rs357,100.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of 10 grams of gold also decreased by Rs858, bringing it down to Rs306,155.
In the international market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by $10 to reach $3,344.
Earlier on Wednesday, the price of gold in Pakistan climbed on Wednesday, with the 24-karat rate hitting Rs358,100 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).
Silver rates also saw an upward trend, reflecting similar movements in the international market.
As per APSGJA, the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs200 per tola, reaching Rs358,100.
