The Supreme Court has refused to grant immediate relief to Bahria Town, rejecting its plea to halt the auction of its properties.
A three-member bench, headed by Justice Aminuddin Khan, heard the case and ordered the submission of copies of all references filed against Malik Riaz and Bahria Town.
Justice Aminuddin observed that the court cannot issue a one-sided stay order and will make a decision after hearing the other side.
