Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari will take the oath as MNA in the National Assembly session on April 15 (Monday).
According to the details, the NA session will be convened at 5:00 pm tomorrow. The strict arrangements had been made ahead of the NA session.
Aseefa had emerged victorious, unopposed by Nawabshah, in the by-elections.
According to the NA Secretariat, the cards issued to journalists for the inaugural session will prove effective.
– President Zardari summons joint session of parliament on April 18 –
Separately, President Asif Ali Zardari summoned a joint session of the parliament on April 18 (Thursday) at 4:00 pm.
According to details, the president approved the convening of a joint session of the parliament in line with Articles 54(1) and 56(3) of the constitution.
