The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has decided to transfer all the courts of South Waziristan to Dera Ismael Khan.
Amid the disturbing situation of law and order in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the bench of the Peshawar High Court decided to transfer all the courts of South Waziristan to DI Khan.
The decision was taken unanimously by the Chief Justice and all judges in a meeting held regarding security.
The courts are being moved due to the dubious security situation and from now onwards Tank and South Waziristan cases will now be heard by courts in DI Khan.
