Israeli strikes on Iran have reportedly expanded to multiple cities and high-profile government and military sites, according to Iranian, Arab and foreign media.
Ports, defense institutions and senior leadership offices were among the targets named in various reports. Iranian media reported that missiles also fell on the strategic port city of Chabahar.
Foreign media outlets said bombing took place in the southern Iranian cities of Bandar Abbas and Bushehr. Iranian naval facilities in Bandar Abbas were reportedly targeted during the strikes.
The attacks on key coastal locations signal a widening scope of military targets beyond the capital.
Defense, nuclear institutions targeted
Arab media reported that the Iranian Ministry of Defense and the Atomic Energy Organization were targeted in the attacks. The Parchin Military Complex, a sensitive military site, was also reportedly struck. In addition, the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence was named among the targets.

According to Israeli media, the presidential office was targeted in the attacks. The office of the army chief, Iranian ministers and multiple defense facilities were also reportedly among the sites struck.
