Operation Ghazab Lil Haq continued on Thursday to deliver a full response to terrorism and unprovoked aggression emanating from Afghanistan.
The Pakistan Air Force carried out strikes in Afghanistan’s Laghman and Nangarhar provinces during the day. Security sources said the armed forces of Pakistan were responding in a strong and effective manner to the unprovoked aggression carried out by the Afghan Taliban regime the previous night.
According to security sources, retaliatory action by the Pakistan Air Force destroyed a Taliban regime weapons depot, an ABF battalion headquarters and the Nangarhar Brigade in Laghman province.
Sources further said Pakistan’s armed forces were undertaking comprehensive counter-action against the Afghan Taliban’s unprovoked aggression. Security forces successfully targeted and destroyed several Afghan Taliban check posts along the Pak-Afghan border.
Security sources added that troops of the Pakistan Army seized a vehicle belonging to the Afghan Taliban forces during the operation. Operation Ghazab Lil Haq remains under way and will continue until its objectives are achieved.
