Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will undertake an official visit to Malaysia from October 5 to 7 at the invitation of Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.
According to details surfaced on Saturday, bilateral talks are scheduled, while discussions on key regional and global matters will also take place. During the three-day visit, several agreements and memorandums of understanding are expected to be signed between the two countries.
PM Shehbaz will be accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, federal ministers and senior government officials.
Pakistan was looking to further strengthen its ties with Malaysia. The visit reflected the long-standing and robust strategic partnership between the two nations.
