A tragic incident occurred in Adda Shah Nal where a father, Ismail, allegedly slit the throats of his daughter, Musarat, and son, Khalid, under mental distress.
According to the FIR filed by Saber, the second son of Ismail, the incident occurred in their absence. Ismail, who had been suffering from mental disturbances, reportedly attacked his children while they were alone.
Musarat succumbed to her injuries from the throat slitting, while Khalid and the father, Ismail, are both in serious condition after he also stabbed himself.
The FIR further stated that Ismail had been mentally disturbed for some time, and his actions were committed under intense mental pressure. The case has been registered at the police station, with investigations underway.
