Indian social media influencer Orhan Awatramani, widely known as Orry, has revealed striking details about his earnings from digital fame, claiming that a single Instagram reel has earned him as much as ₹7.6 million.
Speaking on a recent podcast, Orry said his income largely comes from social media collaborations, brand partnerships, and paid appearances at private events.
He stated that his viral content can generate extremely high payouts, with one Instagram reel reportedly bringing in ₹7.6 million (₹76 lakh) in earnings.
High fees for private events
Orry also revealed that he charges between ₹1.5 million and ₹2.5 million for attending private functions such as weddings, birthday parties, and dinner events.
He described his presence at such events as part of a “personal brand experience,” where he interacts with guests, takes photos, and contributes to the overall atmosphere of the occasion.
According to him, his public persona and signature style have turned him into a sought-after figure for high-profile social gatherings.
Social media as a business
The influencer said that modern fame has evolved into a business model, where strong personal branding can translate into significant financial success.
He added that in today’s digital economy, influencers are no longer just content creators but also commercial brands in themselves.
Family manages finances
Orry also disclosed that his financial affairs are currently managed by his parents, and he is not planning major changes to how his earnings are handled for now.
