The final of Pakistan Super League Season 11 will take place shortly between Peshawar Zalmi and the new entrants, Hyderabad Kingsmen at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Sunday.
According to details, the Zalmi seek a second title, while the Kingsmen are hopeful of securing the trophy for the first time. The winning side will receive the trophy along with a prize of $500,000.
All tickets for the match have been sold, and a full house is expected at the venue. The glittering trophy has already been unveiled, with both captains posing for photographs aboard a double-decker bus.
A musical programme will precede the match, with performances by Atif Aslam, Ali Azmat, Arif Lohar, Aima Baig and the Sabri Sisters.
Due to the closing ceremony, the timing of the final has been revised. The match will now begin at 8pm instead of 7pm, with the toss scheduled for 7:30pm. The ceremony will commence at 6:30pm.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that all tickets for the final have been sold. Spectators have been instructed to bring their national identity cards along with either a physical or digital ticket.
Fans may carry flags of Pakistan and PSL teams into the stadium. However, items such as AirPods, hands-free devices, power banks, bottles, cameras and outside food are not permitted.
The stage is set for a decisive contest, with Peshawar Zalmi aiming to reclaim the crown they last won in 2017, while the Kingsmen are determined to make their debut season memorable with a title triumph.
