Karachi has reported another case of mpox, taking the total number of infections in the city to eight, the health department confirmed.
According to the Sindh Health Department, a total of 33 mpox cases have been reported across the province so far. Khairpur has recorded the highest number of cases, with 22 infections confirmed.
No new case has been reported from Khairpur over the past five days.
The Sindh Health Department stated that three mpox cases have so far been reported from Sukkur. Authorities said the overall mpox situation in the province has shown improvement and remains under control.
