The world’s most expensive apartment has been sold for over $550 million, approximately Rs154 billion.
The property is located in Monaco, Western Europe, and has been purchased by a Ukrainian billionaire in a building known as Renzo. Valued at 471 million euros and $554 million, the sale has set a new global record in the history of residential property.
According to media reports, the residence is a luxury penthouse spread over five floors, comprising 21 rooms and a private swimming pool.
The apartment, sold for more than $500 million, also features a jacuzzi, modern technology, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Experts stated that the purchase reflects the continued rapid growth of the ultra-luxury real estate market worldwide.
Monaco has remained among the most expensive property markets globally, with this transaction surpassing all previous records.
