The price of gold in the global market and Pakistan has risen massivley for the second consecutive session, as the price of the yellow metal has risen by Rs19,000 per tola and $190 per ounce in two days over Iran-US expected deal.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola in Pakistan surged by Rs7,800, reaching Rs496,762 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs6,687, taking it to Rs425,893. The price of 10 grammes of 22-karat gold also hiked by Rs6,130 to be sold for Rs390,416.

International gold prices
In the international market also, the price of gold per ounce has hiked by $78 to reach $4,744 per ounce.
Silver prices in Pakistan
Silver price also followed the same trend, with the price of 24-karat silver per tola hiking by Rs373 to be sold for Rs8,445 in Pakistan. Similarly, the price of 10g of 24-karat silver increased by Rs320 to Rs7,240.
