Karachiites have been advised to prepare for intense heat as the Meteorological Department has issued a heat wave alert for the first week of May.
According to the forecast, temperatures in the city are expected to remain 4°C to 6°C higher than normal, raising concerns about heat-related health risks.

The maximum temperature in Karachi today is likely to remain between 34°C and 36°C. Although the city is already experiencing hot weather, the coming days may bring even more intense conditions.
