Peshawar Zalmi fielding coach Azhar Ali said on Saturday that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) provides a strong platform for young and fringe cricketers.
Speaking in Karachi, he stressed that every format of cricket must be accorded due respect, adding that failure to value the game would result in a loss of its regard in return.
Azhar Ali said players who deliver performances in the PSL should also maintain their standard in domestic cricket.
He said the side possesses sound bowling options. He observed that all teams in the event are well-balanced, while noting that the absence of spectators is being felt.
