Provincial governments in Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have officially announced public holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr. Notifications have been issued, outlining different holiday schedules in both provinces.
The Sindh government has issued a notification declaring March 20 and 21 as public holidays for Eid-ul-Fitr.
According to the official announcement, government offices and institutions across the province will remain closed on these two days to mark the religious festival.
KP declares three-day holiday
Meanwhile, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has announced a three-day Eid holiday schedule. As per the notification issued by the Administration Department, holidays will be observed from Thursday, March 19 to Saturday, March 21.

The announcements highlight a variation in holiday duration between provinces, with KP observing an additional day compared to Sindh.
