Light to heavy rains across Punjab, including Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi, have brought relief from the recent heat, making the weather pleasant.
In Islamabad and Rawalpindi, rainfall lowered temperatures and eased the summer heat, while Lahore experienced stormy showers with thunder and lightning, accompanied by strong winds that further reduced temperatures.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast intermittent rain in several areas, with hail in some regions and snowfall over the northern mountains. Meanwhile, most parts of Sindh and Balochistan are expected to remain hot and dry, continuing the contrast in weather patterns across the country.
