Bollywood veteran Anil Kapoor revealed that he turned down a cameo role in the sequel to the film ‘Dhurandhar,’ which is based on the gang wars in Lyari, Karachi.
The 69-year-old actor described it as a personal loss but emphasized that professional integrity guided his decision.
Speaking to Indian media, Kapoor said filmmaker Aditya Dhar offered him a small cameo in ‘Dhurandhar 2.’ While he liked the idea, prior commitments to another project prevented him from participating. He stressed that talent alone does not ensure success, and honoring professional commitments is crucial.
Kapoor’s statement has sparked speculation on social media, with fans guessing whether a mysterious character intended for him might now be played by Imran Hashmi
