Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah. Detailed discussions were held on political matters in Sindh and other issues of mutual interest.
The Sindh chief minister provided a briefing on the progress of ongoing development projects in the province. During the meeting, Shehbaz Sharif stated that the federal government would extend all possible support for the timely completion of development projects in Sindh.
He urged relevant departments to maintain close contact with the provincial government regarding these projects. He acknowledged the Pakistan Peoples Party as an important ally of the federal government. He added that mutual cooperation among allied parties could accelerate the pace of development.
The prime minister emphasised that harmony and consultation were essential for national stability. He praised the leadership of Sindh as a key ally in the coalition government, adding that strong links between the centre and the province would strengthen the democratic system.
