Hollywood actor Vin Diesel drew attention at the Los Angeles premiere of his upcoming action-thriller The Bluff after praising co-star Priyanka Chopra Jonas and comparing her to the late South African leader Nelson Mandela.
According to international media reports, Vin Diesel spoke highly of Priyanka Chopra during the film’s premiere event, noting that both share the same birthday. Referring to her as his “best birthday twin,” Diesel went on to liken her to Nelson Mandela, saying they all strive to make the world a better place.
While speaking to the media, Diesel described Priyanka as exceptionally talented and praised her for being warm and caring toward his children during the New York screening of the film.
During the event, production company AGBO also humorously tagged Joe Russo on social media, noting that he too shares the same birthday on July 18.
Meanwhile, Priyanka’s husband Nick Jonas was seen showing a romantic gesture on the red carpet, helping adjust the train of her gown.
Several prominent Hollywood stars attended the premiere, where Priyanka Chopra also interacted with Karl Urban, other cast members, and the film’s director Frank E. Flowers.
