A daredevil from Belarus has set a new Guinness World Record by performing a sky surfing jump from a helicopter at an altitude of 20,945 feet.
Olga Naumova, who has been sky surfing for the past 15 years, leapt from a helicopter in the Syangboche region of Nepal to establish the record for the highest sky surf jump.
Naumova jumped from the helicopter at a height of 20,945 feet and maintained control of her board until descending to 12,356 feet. She then deployed her parachute and landed safely on the ground.
Speaking to Guinness World Records, she said that ever since discovering sky surfing, performing a unique and extraordinary skydive had been her dream.
