A jeep carrying wedding guests met with an accident in the suburban area of Daban Khanpur, leaving five people dead and seven others injured, according to local sources.
Rescue 1122 said around 25 people were onboard the vehicle at the time of the incident. The deceased and injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital. Rescue teams reached the scene immediately after receiving information about the accident.
