While major automakers like Pak Suzuki and Kia Lucky Motors have raised car prices in response to new taxes introduced in the Federal Budget 2025–26, Sazgar Engineering has chosen a different path.
In an official statement, Sazgar announced that it will absorb the cost of the recently imposed New Energy Vehicles (NEV) Adoption Levy, ensuring that Haval vehicle prices remain unchanged.

In fact, to maintain overall price stability, Haval has lowered its ex-factory price.

The move contrasts with decisions made by Suzuki and Kia, both of which have increased prices for several popular models. Suzuki raised prices for its Alto, Cultus, and Swift models, while Kia hiked prices across much of its line-up, including the Sportage and Picanto, citing the higher sales tax and other levies under the new fiscal policy.
